I have filled out property applications once a year for the last two years. I pay $100 in application fees for myself and my fiance', so that our application will even be looked at. After that there is no communication, if there is any it is short and rude. In a market where rentals are in high demand, I hope the property owners know these people are not advocating to get their homes rented, they are only in it to get as many dollars from application fees as they can. Terrible customer service, we will not be fooled again.
